These terms govern use of Lot Observer, a dealership inventory and trade-in appraisal tracking platform.

Use of the Service

You may use Lot Observer to view inventory information, create an account, save trade-in appraisals, and access related tools made available in the application. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

Accounts

You agree to provide accurate account information and to use only accounts you are authorized to access. We may suspend or restrict access if we believe an account is being misused or poses a security risk.

Inventory and Valuation Information

Inventory, pricing, and trade-in values are provided for informational and operational use. Values and availability can change and should be confirmed before making business or purchasing decisions.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform operation, scrape at excessive rates, or use the service in violation of applicable law.

Availability

The service may change, pause, or become unavailable from time to time. We are not liable for interruptions, data delays, or third-party service issues.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lot Observer is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, and liability is limited to the amount paid for use of the service, if any.
